Converging lines/ Maximum speed signs

you said the road would go on, but when you look at things sideways,
and lines converge, you just can't see how far you can go.
maybe its a negative look to life.
but when lights blur and things are askew,
you could ask for a little help, from those who listen, who listen always
because there is one , who will set the road right, and the blur, the blur
will become nothing but a bad dream
