Warm again

Here, now, it is cold.
Lets remember the warm days.
The days when the sun would shine
Across the lake.
And we would sail across it
In a boat that reflects our happiness,
and the light that shines on us.
The wind would blow our hair back,
and make us squint.
As we tried to see the landscape
that awaited us on the other side
